This list is a project by the Sentience Institute (see below for their other research) and isn’t a traditional research database. Instead, the team at Sentience Institute lists common talking points and arguments that are relevant to foundational questions in effective animal advocacy, such as whether Welfare reforms lead to momentum or complacency or whether we should focus on Individual or Institutional outreach.

However, this list also includes empirical evidence to back up the arguments listed wherever available* as well as a survey of effective animal advocacy researchers (2017) and their opinions on these questions.
